We are looking for a Sales Analyst to join our team and support our sales team to ensure our organization reaches its sales goals each year. Analyze stock availability, sell in, sell out, and coordinate with cross-function teams to gain insight and solve any issues. Ultimately, you will work with a team of Salespeople to support the overall sales process throughout the year.
Job Description:
• Providing data regarding Out of Stock at the store level in order to provide store analysis report.
• Problem-solving related stock availability issues in store.
• Building communication with Beauty Advisors in store, gaining insight regarding issues in store.
• Responsible for BA fulfillment in a dedicated region
• Responsible for minimizing the Out of Stock level.
• Coordinating with Area Sales Manager and Area Sales Supervisor to solve issues in-store.
• Analyzing sell-in, sell-out, and sell-through
• Maintaining good communication and relationship with the store
• Supporting the sales department with other projects, if requested
Requirements:
• Min. 3 years of experience as a Sales Analyst, Data Analyst, or a similar role in the Beauty/Retail/FMCG industry
• Familiar with data analyzing tools (Excel/Power BI/Tableau).
• Min. Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
• Fluent in English.
• Willing to travel around Indonesia.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with sales reports and sales records.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to join ASAP.
• Willing to follow full WFO policy (Location: Mega Kuningan, Jakarta Selatan).
